Role – Executive – Customer Success Team

Location – Pune

Responsibilities :

  1. Customer On-boarding – Install Prescribez in clinics and configure to customer needs
  2. Staff Training – Train the clinic staff, resolve queries and help them in optimum use of software
  3. Issue Resolution – Work with office team to resolve issues of clinics and provide them seamless experience

Skills:

  1. Graduation in any stream
  2. Good knowledge of mobile apps and website
  3. Ability to converse fluently in Marathi, English and Hindi
  4. Candidates with own vehicles will be preferred
